Being BE for the day is good, you entered on the wrong side a few times and still got out clean, lots of people here lost their shirt. Preserving capital is always your priority. Well done, now look for your next entry.

Next time at the first sign of bullshit, get out. You were in profit and let it run against you, close at BE and if does turn around it gives you the opportunity to sell at a higher price. And it also gives you time to join the bullish reversal.

The biggest problem with holding a trade too long and letting it go too far in the red is that you miss the reversal all together and have to wait for at least one more turnaround before you get in unless you want to risk jumping on board half way ...

I cut my losses at BE, always maintain your capital to fight another day. My BE was the DP, she proved too stubborn to hang in there waiting for a reversal, I got out. Rather sit and wait and miss the move North than watching my capital dwindling ...

Don't go catching falling knives as an impulse entry, let her settle down first and tell you where she is going.

Cable is a pussycat, she does swing more violently at times then for example fibre or swissy pairs, but that is the attraction. Just don't step on her tail.

Don't try to use fixed stops, find the next support or pivot or trendline and put your stops above it that way you only get stopped out if the PA reverses, any fluctuations between S/R's, TL's and pivots is just normal.
