bulls have shown up here. lower tl cummulative delta suggests sellers are in control thou (not in chart) the more this goes on without maing a clear move the more power the move will be.

i actually think its the chinese model they are going for. massive state control, socialism for the poor, capitalism for the rich (until they need bailing out), social credit etc. social credit systems are going up everywhere in the west.
