Your right, my bad!, I dont count the tpos its too difficult for me monitor throughout the day,. I use a vwma/vwap, as a poor substitution, to quickly visualize a round or about estimate tpo count.

I think only price action can answer that. A perfectly balanced profile would have the same amount of tpo's above the poc and the same amount of tpo's below. Is the tpo count bearish? if you have more tpos below the poc, then yes, if not, no.
