      Thanx for keeping us updated Zef. I'll pop round from time to time to see if there's anything new. I might stick with XM for now as my platform is behaving itself but I'm sure I'll need more than one broker soon.

      Thankyou for your response Audrey. I have been in touch with my Account manager and she has escalated the issue with your IT department. That was last Friday and I haven't heard anything since ,which is disappointing.
