      Yeah, but doesn't "hold off" imply that they'll just push it back a bit? A lot of this dollar weakness is based on QE speculation anyway, nothing has been explicitly stated, unless I missed something.

      So if they're holding off on QE (rumour), I can't work out if that's bullish or bearish, the implication being that they still plan to go ahead at a later stage.
