You should never use tight target prices. As I mentioned the past few days, the move should take us to H4 or D1 opposite bands on AudUsd, UsdCad, NzdUsd, etc.

You will only see the M15 TMA if the chart TF is M15 or less. TMAs only show in the chart when they are equal to or larger than the chart time frame. You probably have the chart set for H1 which will cause the M15 TMA to not appear.
