Stepped out for an hour and come back to see price hit 1.3213 and now stuck. But instead, price went up first before coming back down to this level.

Price just bounced off the DP, which I have @ 1.3236

That's why this whole thing is kind of fishy. Are they knocking out the weak shorts with this recent up move, before some bad data or news comes out later?

Indeed. Depending on where this hourly candle closes at, I'm noticing how the last three hourly candles are forming. A nice base to put a sell stop below them and a buy stop above them.
