Alorente replied Aug 29, 2012Attached is the Dashboard, version 37. The Slope value has been changed to 20 and the Ranging level defaults to 0.40 to -0.40. The Buy and Sell signals will now mirror the new rules.

Alorente replied Aug 29, 2012Make sure you changed the D1 Fast TMA to 20 period as well as the slope indicators. Everything must be changed to 20 period in the inputs or your values will be different.

Alorente replied Aug 29, 2012Tess, I will give you a tip: When in doubt like this, look at other Aud pairs and see if they paint the same picture. For example: AudUsd: W1 0.20, D1 -0.33, H4 -0.37. They are all valid for a short. I would short AudChf, but I would wait to do it ...

Alorente replied Aug 29, 2012Nes, you are looking at TMA bands after they have repainted. I am sure price did touch the bands, but after repainting it looks like they didnīt. Yes, you can lower the time frames of the TMAīs and use the same rules. You can even trade M5, M15 and ...

Alorente replied Aug 28, 2012Hello beto. Everything is fine on the personal front. Thanks. As far as when to enter in a trend, as explained on post 1 (Exit Rules): Medium Term Trade (Standard trade): Close the trade when price reaches the opposite H4 TMA band. Reenter trade ...

Alorente replied Aug 28, 2012The D1 band will repaint in the end. The best way id to enter 3 orders. The first one now, the second one on touch of the band and the third one above the band. If it never crosses the band, you are in with two trades and you can get the third one ...

Alorente replied Aug 28, 2012Maybe one started the week at a different time than the other and the H4 bars are not the same... The difference is not very important.

Alorente replied Aug 28, 2012No. This is completely different from what I sent. I have opened the packet in my computer and all the files are correct. There must be something wrong with the FF server today. Give me your email address by Private message and I will send it to all ...

Alorente replied Aug 28, 2012I donīt trade by the semaphor signal alone, but it is nice to have as confirmation for the standard rules. I like to have the Semaphor on my back when I enter a trade. If it is not there, I donīt feel good about entering the trade.

Alorente replied Aug 28, 2012You can use the same template. Just change the TMA time frames to M5, M15 and H1 and apply the same rules. Obviously, the TMA sizes will be smaller than the sizes mentioned in the rules.

Alorente replied Aug 28, 2012Tip — The sequence of the 3 Slope lines in the TMA Slope MTF indicator is important. Strong Up Move: Green (W1) at bottom, Blue (D1) in middle and Magenta (H4) on top. Strong Down Move: Green (W1) on top, Blue (D1) in middle and Magenta (H4) ...

Alorente replied Aug 28, 2012Evo, I like your concept a lot. Attached is a chart with the D1(20, 2.0) TMA inside the D1 (56, 3.0) TMA. It makes anticipating the trend changes easier. You can clearly see that AudUsd needs to drop considerably at the current moment to drag the D1 ...
