I'm in the same boat, Jamz. But the discipline part is getting better too, especially after I switched to M15 charts with M15 & H1 stochs. This week has been my best week so far (though I think I should refrain from saying it until tomorrow)

I wasn't actually looking at M5 stoch. Only M15 and H1. It helps me to wait patiently for HTF setups. Very strong resistance at R1 is quite convincing to look for shorts at the moment.
