      If you have the screenshot, I think most probably they will honor it. Email to your Account Manager to settle. The live chat is useless, they can't do much.

      Update: My XE market account manager (Ms Silvia) have since help me settled my issues...am very glad that they responded and solve my issues fast. have to give credit to Ms Silvia for her action, thank you.
