Here are my template and indicators. Use SHI MTF for the daily channel (set at 1440) and TRUE for the 4H channel.

Mine is going down as well. However, you will note that the 4H channel (in green) is up and PA has bounced from the MA. So for me it is a good set up. Conservative TP would be top of the daily channel.

Once entered according to X-Man rules, I like to monitor the trade on the 1 H TF. In that case, up trend line just broke so I decided to exit. Closed for +31 pips. With initial stop loss of 28p, a bit more than 1:1... not to bad...!
