Actually MT4 has MACD Sample EA, but why I attach it to chart, no orders triggered? MACDOpen Level and MACDClose Level is it based on MACD value?

This is FinMin Azumi's strategy, he keeps on warning in order to hope traders push USD/JPY up. I don think he will take any action before EFSF is sorted out.

So, you mean banks determine the price? Broker only follow the bank's offerred price? If yes, then when the banks close, the broker still running, how they get the price from banks? How about ECN?
