Why I think Eur will go upto 1.3250 — Attached is Eur H4 chart. EMA 55 works quiet well on H4, I expect price to go upto 1.3270 and come down. Lets see how it goes.

EUR — I think a decisive break and close below 1.3300 should make the pair bearish, else a bounce to median line of the channel can be expected.
