      I use ADR for tp.for example when I trade H1 if I see 100ADR is 120 I use 0.25 ADR mean 30 for tp.and for H4 0.5 for tp.and when I trade intraday in H1 if isle 100ADR is 125 and good setup but ADR is 100 I don't trade
