Well with Oanda you can trade 1 unit which is about $1700 per unit. .01 micro lots would be equal to 10 units, so that is almost 17K USD. EDIT: with 1:1 you get 1 unit at the current market price. i.e. gold is at 1693.32 the 1 unit is 1693.32.
