You are right about the close I missed that. My long candle prior to entry is red maybe because of time difference with diff dealers (I used velocity in this chart) Well if that's the case the whole thing could be in 1000 pips gain overall.

You have to remember that 2% of 80% is 1.6% of the original 100%, so in a sense you are already there, betting less with the drawdown.

Actually I've seen that a lot, gaps closing after the weekend. To use MACD as it is used on this thread, try 15min instead of 4 hours as these gaps usually close within a 2-3 of hours. Here is a nice one USDJPY on March 19.
