Once you have the market watch open you right click next to the actual pairs that you see there and that is where you see "show all" Sorry I took so long...i am in the middle of our tuesdays forex meetings...

Do you use MT4 platform already? If so, just right click of market watch and put show all...you'll find them there....then you can either drag the pair to the screen or find it on the top green + sign (called new chart) and click on wanted ...
