yes, i have found benefit in cross-referencing myself spoke to Shane at MG about this, he says he has not found an edge in cross-referencing tfs so i thought i would try it for myself, plus it appeals to my desire to keep things simple we will see ...

i believe there is a lot to be said for the bigger time-frames at present i am testing trading only 240s, without cross-referencing other time-frames; previously i was trading 60 and 240 simultaneously on multiple pairs i like the idea of trading ...
