You dont know that they made $15 M because of the cftc reports. May as well be money that a stakeholder put up. For example, when Oanda went from ~$30 M to $150 M all the dough came from an outside investor and not from the firms revenue.

I don't know, as far as i am concerned, an ECN has a central limit-order book where you can enter your own bids and offers and have them displayed to the whole client base. Everything other than that (MT4 etc.) is something else.

Ouch, that's really bad. You can hedge your short cad/chf with short usd/cad and long usd/chf for the time being (if you know how to calculate the ratio).

Some firms do impose limits on how near to the current market you can place orders, but most do not. I would not trade with any firm who does this, and 20 pips is really ridiculous.

There is lots of bad data in the nav charts, i.e. 1.000 prints in eur/usd every day during roll-over, usd/jpy has corrupted data as well after a quick glance. Is MT4 the same or does mb have better quality backfill data for that?
