I also find it incredible how bearish gbp/usd still is. Remained range bound and didn't even resolve a simple range while eur/usd is flying. Seems it's waiting for the euro to stop to resume bearish move.

Yep that was probably positive slippage. Like Sean said, they couldn't get you out at the price you wanted so you actually gained more pips than you would have perhaps? Dunno...best to email them and find out.
