There was quite some lag on the quote-server during the NFP-release. Price was 10 to 15 seconds behind other data-feeds, misrepresenting market-price for more than 20 pips at some points. Also, crossed quotes all over the place (-20 pip spread ...

Junior member paschall does no appear to understand bid/ask-pricing and its graphical representation on the chart. Furthermore, said junior member does not appear to understand ninjatraders fill-mechnism during backtests and its implicit limitations.
Can someone answer question about Brokers chasing stops?

Muppet: you can easily check all this yourself with only looking at a few things. Check their street-address and if they have a license in the corresponding country. If they have a NFA-record, check for arbitration documents and then check the ...

So why are you interested in this company, specifically? Is it because they are an unlicensed forex dealer in the U.S. - and therefore in violation of several laws? Is it because of their sub-par spreads? Or because of one of their other fronts (one ...

Its actually a short-coming of Metatrader. I use MB + Neoticker and can choose whatever timezone and session-settings i like. I believe the new Ninjatrader beta also supports this.

The issue is they are publishing wrong information about their regulatory status. If they are lying about that - what else are they lying about?

At the end of the day customers are unable to trade with this firm for at least 6 months, which should be unacceptable for just about everyone. They either suck for activities leading to this regulatory action, or for setting up in a jurisdiction ...

It doesn't have to be a glitch, because its not supposed to work how you think it is. You have to look at a tick-by-tick chart to determine if its a glitch or not. Example: You have a limit buy at 87 and upper bound at 89. The ask-price is 86.9, and ...

Is MBT really an ECN ?
- shrike replied May 13, 2010
MB is ok. Sure there are ECNs with a little better bid/ask-spreads, but they don't accept 1000 unit orders or $400 accounts. You cant expect the same pricing like on ECNs with 20K+ min. balance and 100K minimum order. Nickelplayers always pay a bit ...
