Just go long in the AUD/JPY. If you use leverage, you'll automatically "lend" some money. The daily swaps are the "carry interest payments".

There are no official numbers. But if I look at both live trading contests at FxStreet.com in 2007 and 2009, 95% looks real. In 2007 only 2 of 60 contestants ended positive: ~3% In 2009 only 3 of 43 contestants ended positive: ~7%

If you want to choose between the two, take Bird watching in lion country. The van Tharp books are good as well. As far as I know there will be a new edition (or update) of BWILC by the end of this month.
