Yep it is, the volume is massive and big boys are everywhere. But it's the easiest pair to get rich, it can move up to 300 pips a day. During strong move days. Capturing partial of the big wave is sufficient for most ppl.

I usually place at least 20 pips SL for gold trading even when I entered at tops to avoid the sudden spike moves. It has happened various times in LTF where a single 1 min candle spikes and wipe out stops only to reverse immediately within seconds.
