I do the same thing, when the trade looks like it's Over Sold or Over Bought I move the SL to lock in the trade.

The SL goes 15 or so pips ABOVE the previous candle if your going short. And visa versa for BUY trades.

Until lately I've only traded the 6 Major pairs, really I haven't really thought of the percentage. The longer the time frame the more you have to risk, I suppose. With this system I do use the Stochastic for trend direction. Cheers !
