Green_David replied Jun 11, 2009Hi, FTI: What is opinion on USD? Bullish or bearish? The 5M E/U chart makes me confused. Regards.

Green_David replied Jun 10, 2009Good job
. Now you know the benefit of buy-and-hold? My G/U with 90 pips ,still holding over night. Attack positions were closed with 20~80 pips. E/u jumped in the middle (1.4007, with about 60 pips out). Thanks FTI for teachng of ...Technical Analysis Fallacy

Green_David replied Jun 10, 2009Hi, Aux: Me too. I also feels south on E/U. From the chart, since 3 June 1h and 4h, impulse waves are clear, i.e. south. The up-impulse is not as strong as down-impulse waves. May FTI correct me.

Green_David replied Jun 10, 2009A suggestion to all — Dear all new participants: FTI is missing in action. Please read the whole thread from the beginning before you ask questions. The answers are all there. I think what we shall shall learn from FTI now, is how to read ...

Green_David replied Jun 9, 2009Hi, ausesis: How are you, Mr Humor? Follow the flow. Now it is difficult to tell the mid-term direction. Last two days e/u's increase could be a rebound(very strong, but still can be considered as a rebound) or a finish of deep correction of ...

Green_David replied Jun 9, 2009Hi, fti: Is it now a good timing to short E/U (buy USD)?
Technical Analysis Fallacy
-
Green_David replied Jun 9, 2009Hi, FTI: Glad you made profits finally. The market is in conjestion. But I still believe E/U's increase is only a rebound most likely. Goldman Sachs has recommened buying of EURO that is the reason of big E/U incease one hour ago.

Green_David replied Jun 9, 2009Yes, I am from China. No, I am not that guy. 600 times in one month, impressive, but it is gambling imho. E/U closed @3961 with 101 pips. Openned again @3946. Cable 6146, with rescue standby.

Green_David replied Jun 9, 2009Yes. I did, with 30, 80, 130 pips profit. Squared cable already. E/u with 62 pips profit, still riding.

Green_David replied Jun 8, 2009Hi, FTI: It's OK. E/u is not going down now, maybe profit taking is functioning. 100 pips correction is nothing for 550 pips drop. Maybe there will be good timing on tomorrow, if E/U bounced high and USD bulls think it is cheaper.

Green_David replied Jun 8, 2009On May 21, S&P did downgraded UK sovereign credit. And that is the reason it dropped 300 pips in a short time. There are many gradings, sovereign, government bonds, etc. But any way, pa and following flow is the king.
Technical Analysis Fallacy
-
Green_David replied Jun 8, 2009I may have different opinion. The down-grading of sovereign credit may have only a temporary effect. I rememembered on 21 May, UK was down-graded, but after 300 pips drop it reached new high with more increases. And Ukrain' down-grading was ...

Green_David replied Jun 8, 2009E/u has dropped 200 pips intra-day, and today there is no special news. Maybe it is not a good timing to short E/U again. Maybe I am wrong.
