Nuke, You have better than the decompiled arrow in the previous post. The ASCTrend is actually readable source, and I suspect is the real origin of the "arrow" . A decompiled source is gibberish for variable names. --Cody

I don't have such a beast. If you have the mq4 file, I can look at adapting it for Genesis.

From the snap shot that you posted earlier, no. You were missing files out of your experts\\indicators folder. Loading a template onto your chart, in that case, would have just shown the indicators of the template that you *did* have in that folder. ...

genaja, I think you are looking for the STSn Tape indicator. Xaphod has provided one here. The indicators are the same ones used in Genesis. There are 3 zip files on that page, the STSn (for non-repainting) zip is the one you want. --Cody

If you look at a decompiled source of the arrow indicator, it is mathematically identical to the ASCTrend indicator, including the use, internally, of the Wiilliams Percent R indicator, and drawing the arrow. DPO is conceptually much easier to ...

Angela, As bubola and RJ have suggested, make sure your MT4 is up to date. Second, got to the Tools/Options/Charts tab of the MT4 main menu, and make sure the Max bars in chart is a reasonable number (like 5000). Having a large number here can slow ...

Robert, You are right. This is not repainting. The M5 candle is still open, so the M5 matrix, living on the M1 chart, will color the number of M1 bars back to the beginning of the M5 bar. So up to 4 bars may flip because the M5 is changing. Once the ...

Dan, As RJ has said, the closed candle is the entry point. Some of the charts posted, though, deliberately show a vertical line drawn on the bar prior to the actual entry, so as not to obscure the detail of the entry bar to the viewer. There isn't a ...
