I started testing 4_Bar.mq5 and it works. The 4BarFractalBreak.ex5 and TimeSeries.ex5 don't load on chart. Do they exist to make 4_Bar.mq5 work on chart?

I see a lot online about 10K being the bottom for BTC but it looks to me like the 17-18K (2017 highs) is already the bottom. If BTC does break the current 17-18K then I'd say 13K would be the next "bottom" then 10K. But it's hard to imagine anything ...

As long as there is cash, debit and credit cards, decentralized and centralized cryptos, it's going to be difficult to convince mass of people to use 100% government controlled cryptos. If any entity controls your money, they own you.
