Trading is fun. You think Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger are not motivated?
How do you newbies not lose your motivation?

Nobody needs to be "full time", you might as well just trade in your off hours and down time while working. If I went full time a few years ago I would have a much lower net worth now. Compounding is very useful.
Should I become a full-time Forex trader?

It is only as risky as you make it, get better bankroll management and trade off probability.

Why would you ever want trading to be boring? lol After 6+ years it is actually more exciting each day/week I trade, especially now with a larger bankroll. Do you think Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger are bored? NO!
After consistently profitable, will you become boring?

Just hedge with gold/silver in hand. Simple. Have 1% of your net worth per decade in physical gold/silver.

You sound like another sheeple. Dude just buy index funds and call it a day.
Any idea about real success in forex trading?

Unreliable? No, not in the least you are just trying to trade what you want the given market to do, instead of what the market is doing.

Very possible. Look at my thread and proof. But you can't force trades on short timeframes. NEVER trade on a per DAY expectation/mandate of profit potential. That is how you enter into bad trades and poor metrics. 1% of $1,000 is only $10.

Usually get up around 1-2am, and trade no later than 2pm EST. But now, I look for only one good trade, with a side bet/capper for fun that I open while my main trade is going, off an active interday pair's movement.

Certainly possible, but not probable. Case in point, had an account make 35% this week, showing a friend how I trade, threw in $100, up to $135. My larger accounts are a lot more conservative. But really, as long as I have been trading, at the end ...
