I don`t think 30 minutes a week is possible because you will need to manually move your stop to break even as soon as 1x is attained. This usually requires your attention.So, it is not a set and forget strat.

I do not have an account with them but my students that once used their services did complain of horrible services. Huge spread (at least double compared to other brokers).Poor deposit and withdrawal processes.

Most NFA and FCA regulated brokers do not support cent accounts. formaxmarket is the only seriously regulated broker that offers cents account that I know. Hope this helps.
