You better check your chart or data feed. My data feed shows first tick 1/1/07 1.9649 which is included with 1/2/07 close but even the 1/3/07 open was 1.9733. I am on EST time but the closest I see to 1.9580 is the 1/4/07 open of 1.9515 ??

If it doesn't matter then draw lines anywhere. Fibs are not magic but some ratio's are more important than others. And it would be nice to know if someone is refering to a 38.2% or 61.8% and both are talking about the same point on the chart. No?

Thats true but it might be to one's detriment if the data is not right. That is why I have data from two sources, TradeStation and broker, so I can keep track of spreads and data points.
