I consider the level is TAKEN by comparing 7 different instruments and NOT ONLY the EUR itself. Below is the 2 out of 7. But I think you get the idea.

Both of these levels WILL BE TAKEN OUT in the next few days. So, the simplest plan is to wait until 1 of them is taken and simply enter in the opposite direction for the OTHER side to be taken out.
