      update- they've just emailed me a deed of release form for the other party, so hopefully once it's signed and returned, the account will remain live with me as the sole account holder... fingers crossed it all goes through without too much drama...

      that's who i'm with, have two accounts with them, the joint account (which is the one he wants to close) and my priate account, but my private account is locked to a guaranteed stop set up, which means i have an additional 3 pip spread + the normal ...
