      where do you see that, I only saw declines for weeks now? What is happening in Euro interest rates they are declining too..... The differentials are relevant and there noting much is happening

      they want to leave rates at a low (controlled) level because bond markets would panic if they wouldn't and no they won't succeed. On the longer term they need inflation to solve the huge debts. There is no easy way out of this self induced mess.
