EA/expert advisor needs to be present first inside EXPERTS folder ,then the TPL (templates) in TEMPLATE folder ,yes this could be the problem for charts that are not accepting trades

Click on the Smiling Face in each window on your EA ,select ''common'' tab and also select ''allow live trading'',a check mark must be present in the box.

I don't see the inputs,but please be certain that the magic numbers in the EA ,each one is different ok,all 4 screens should not have the same magic number ..... Target is set to 1% I see,thats thats fine.
