Okay ea programmers. This should be even less work for your kind hearts cuz there's no 80/20 levels etc. Target price could be the cross of the daily ma's.

You guys got me looking and I noticed different prices on different platforms for G/J. The difference between the high last Friday and the high today after the gap up: North Finance: 26pips 251.07/250.81 Strategybuilder: 91pips 251.09/250.18 Water ...

You were supposed to rest on vacation! Looks like all you did was analyze the markets! I'd usually feel insulted when someone claims to have a secret weapon and doesn't share it but not with you Teb...its fun to follow your approach to the markets. ...

I just found Fewhills indicator too because Wilmalou referred to it. A Nondisclosure00/Fewhills combo would be cool. Thanks both of you for your efforts.

Had a computer crash while at work today so don't see any trades. Just have it running on GBP/yen 60/240 and 30/240. I'm just learning so have to figure out how to even post statements like you...thanks! Hope to get up to speed this weekend and run ...

Thanks Nondisclosure00!!! I gotta learn to backtest! Hope Teb doesn't think all this is too far off the topic of his thread.

The GBP/JYP buy yesterday 7:01 p.m. Los Angeles would have closed today at 1pm on the 30min close at 250.21 when the 14,3,3 crossed below 80 for almost 200 pips.

I'm not sure. But I'd guess Nondisclosure00's ea. would do all of the time period and indicator computations if the ea is opened on the lowest time frame that the ea makes computations for. I'm not that experienced so I have the ea's running the way ...

A more generic, programmable exit: Close trade when the 14,3,3 stoch. of 1/8th the time period of the long time period to enter the trade gives an opposite signal. So if 60/240 is used to enter 1/8 of 240 is 30min (14,3,3) is used to exit.

Okay Nondisclosure00, Our exhaustive empirical evidence is definitive (well...this guppy trade is still doing good at least): 50 pip stoploss no buy signals if above 80 or visa versa exit a 30/240 signal or 60/240 signal on the opposite 30min ...

Waiting for the 30min opposite signal might be good... Teb ea 60/240 went long guppy at 248.36 12.5 hours ago at 7:01pm Los Angeles but the 30/240 didn't. A 25 pip stoploss would have closed the trade before the big run up. So a 50 stoploss would ...
