I see it was stagnant but it did jump up after the announcement. Wondering why not sold it at the peak while other companies still trying/developing cures. Unless he knew they will stall... or there maybe some sort of legal regulation in selling own ...

I don't understand why a ceo will sold their share knowing their stocks will sky rocket. I mean, why not wait and sell at the peak? Can someone explain.. I know nothing about stocks.
