Al, my USDJPY is inside the H4 band...my ATR multiplier is 3 because ATR(14) is 80, so > 70 = high atr pair...

Al, what do you mean with 20M? We can't adjust the settings to 20min... Any unknown time frame (other than "1", "5", "15", "60", "240", "1440") will result in using the current time frame.

I always look on M5, M15 and H1, then make my decision in accordance with the dashboard and take the best looking trades. So far it works great!
