Although longterm DSRI line was broken yesterday, as long as we stay above 1.4480 (previous swing low - HL), my bias is still long. I have 1.4800 minor and 1.4880 more major SRs, so will stay put for now and watch PA around these levels. Re. MA, I ...

Sean, You are not wrong since you base your decision on "no trend" situation. If you look at the big picture, I agree it has been moving sideways since May. But the range between two SRs on my chart is 700 pips (131-138). If it had been 150-200 ...

I am not revising major SR lines, they are fixed. But if there is a recent SR level, such as 90.40 level on UJ, then I put a new minor SR and then upgrade it in time as price keep respecting the new SR. I have a grading system from 1 to 5 between ...

And LH's, too, though marginal compared to HL's. More tests, stronger the breakout, I agree. It is also interesting to note that how price respects the back of DSRI.

Sooner or later they will, I am sure. The number of newcomers to the thread is increasing my hopes.

And next week, there will be RBA rate statement where 0.25% increase already priced in and 0.50% was possible until CPI was announced yesterday (though still have a chance). So waiting for 1.2350-1.2400 zone for retesting and seeing PA there would ...

Alarm bell will ring if 1012 swing low is taken (HH-HL has priority over DSRI for me).

Unless 5/6/2009 high or 8/7/2009 low is broken, my game plan on EJ is range trading between 131 and 138, and it worked perfectly 4 times since June and 5th is on the way.

On Weekly chart, Oct-2009 low is higher than Dec-2008 and Jan-2009 lows which is an encouraging sign for start of an uptrend but we need a HH to increase the odds. But HH we are talking about is at 101.45 which is too far away from current price. So ...

Your DSRI on boss chart is not correct. Connecting 08/2008 to 08/2009 is not a right way to do it. But on Daily chart, you can connect Aug 10th, 2009 open to Sep 22, 2009 open. And this is what I have on my chart.

100% agree, and for those who are interested in my exception while drawing SR lines, I am also checking the low of hammers and high of shooting stars and pay attention to those levels if they are respected. Because, I see those levels where buyers ...

Yes, similar one, start from the next candle. It is the third and last DSRI with the greatest momentum. Anyway, back to discussing daily and weekly tfs.

I have an SR line at 92.30. Rejection from 92.18 today and break of my momentum DSRI line signalled exit. Waiting for new clues from PASR. If 92.30 is broken, then next SR is at 94.30.

Try to look at HH & HL (LH & LL) in terms of swing highs-lows, not individual bars.

I also have 1.4800 but minor at the moment (may upgrade it later depending on future PA), 1.4880 is more major compared to 1.4800.

Correct, after 1.4880 was cleared, we have next SR line at 1.5400.
