Another reason for the drop with EU is looks like a double top with Nov'07 highs and clean break of up trendline from 12/20/07 lows.

Here is what my chart for the drop on 15 min EU. TradeStation charts really comes out crappy online though. 9 Bar TD Seq setup - 21 bar high - 89XMA crossing and the daily pivot all basically in alignment:

Yesterday S&P 500 futures gapped down 17 points after regular trading ended, on the Intel news, etc. This morning it has almost closed this difference. Either it was over-reaction and markets will climb higher (doubtful) or once the gap closes ...

TD Level 1 points are only good if they allow you to capture the full trend you are looking to apply a fib retracement tool to. I was only saying for instance there are many times a TD Level 1 would be sufficient. Other times not. As for how I draw ...
