Yes, that is one potential target....risk aversion flows may get us there before the stress tests it seems...but it will require some precision against the current backdrop....good opportunity, but also some risk intra-day. Many here would like to ...

Sorry - wrong term.
You are correct! LOL - I know why! - that market is one of the diciest - and the most rewarding. I think many of us who profited on the large selloff were focussed in that arena. Quite honestly, you are likely better off ...james16 Chart Thread

OK - just to keep it interesting - long EURJPY at the 38 off of the weekly PB. Of course, there is a 15 min PB (not that I looked!)

No worries - that's the nice part about this - it's about entries and timmeframes...right now we both look good! Hmmm...can that last? One can see PB's in each context..then it's about MM.

Yes...98 produced a hiccup there for a few - it's the short term 38 level......remember I am bullish long term...was hoping for the 50...may just have to add some in here....that's not an endorsement....yet (in case anyone is listening)...after all, ...

Enough to slide in a stop here...at the intraday (God forbid!) support. Yes, I admit it - the 4-hour crew could have gotten a jump on this one.

Now ladies and gentleman, we have the makings of an Aussie pin (in contrast to the prior)...want to run back down to the breakout point with me in the face of the public knowledge of commodity demands?.......anyone...anyone?

Solid analysis. It is worth considering, but it is not certain until the PA dictates so. Overall, the EUR/AUD is struggling to break the prior lows. I remaiin short, as noted previous days....however, it has my eye as well.

There is a monthly pin from January. If we are able to sustain that trade a while, there should be a nice weekly support line, Remember though, Chunnel will eat you ...james16 Chart Thread

Yes, I will remain short until price dictates otherwise; if one were lomg term bullish, then perhaps a reversal is in order at support. Honestly, I see no evidence from today's action.

That's both good and bad for us. FWIW, I have noticed less recent pervasive flux on EUR/JPY with regard to rumors about the US automakers. I found those fluctuations quite annoying, but again, perception is reality for us to make money.

Question of the day, indeed! - risk aversion should mean repeated flows into the dollar and the yen, as we've gotten used to. Major players, however, should be positioned already. Jacko is closer than Warren to this thread! I'd like to hear his ...
