That is certainly the question du jour, one I've been trying to get answered for quite some time without success. Though I have been filled at 5-10M with zero slippage when the displayed size was a paltry 1M or less, I guess that's some comfort.

I don't see why not, they certainly claim you can. I've tested orders of that size in the demo environment, and that's where you'll see it fill at FXi, CNX, Lava, Goldman, Dresdner, etc. I imagine the live environment would work the same.
