You can also use your "print screen" key on your keyboard to capture your screen, paste that into paint, fireworks, gimp, photoshop, or other photo editing or manipulation software to crop it down, add text etc.

I try and use a 20 pip stop loss. Sometimes it's a lot less than 20. I can always get back in the trade.
