I read several articles indicating speculation for a cut, even the IMF. Whether he does or doesn't the fact of the matter what he's currently doing or not doing is not working. And, apparently that's bullish.

Listening to Draghi, and he loves to ramble. Sometimes I wonder if the ECB just replays the same meeting over and over from like 8 months ago, cuz not much as changed. I get the ECB didn't cut rates, but the boost in EURUSD just a bit boggling.
