You can try and "Guess" the bottom...but just use really small lots....but the SMART way it to let it make the breakout....then jump in on the retrace....thats the beauty of the system...if your trading the M15 but looking at the H4 for ...

Well lets look...all the HA's were RED...PRICE went BELOW a low ZZ Dot(Making LL) which means TREND change...and even your Fisher indicator is RED....so why BUY?

Dont worry about being profitable EVERYDAY....you just need to be profitable weekly/monthly/yearly to make it in forex...there are some days i DONT MAKE SH*T...but my winning days way more then pay for the small losers i do get.

Im not saying it will not go up more...but why enter when it could have already went as high/low as it could go? That reduces the chances of a winning trade in my book....but i could be wrong or i could be right....lol?

BUT you WOULD have made atleast a 1:1 RISK:REWARD before That HAPPENED...once you made the 1:1 MOVE SL to Break EVEN....Its about Risk Management.......

ZZ Dot.....its our High/Low of the current TF that we care about. But if you want to add a few pips to the SL with spread added ...DO IT! its trading! Just because i make it work for me does NOT mean you an imply it in your trading and make it work.
