ZeF replied Mar 5, 2016Not sure why do people care about brokers being ECN or MM or whatever. Some of the biggest liquidity providers in the world - BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank, offer only Market Maker service to retail clients, through their platforms Consorsbank and ...

ZeF replied Mar 5, 2016It took me 10 minutes to gather the facts on OCTA FX "Broker", if one needs more to stay away from them, then be it: There are tens (if not hundreds) of reviews on FPA and other sites where clearly this "broker" has shut down accounts of profitable ...

ZeF replied Feb 28, 2016Dude you are not getting my point. Nobody is arguing about the validity of inverse correlation concepts you learned in your economy degree and how those helped you become a billionaire. Point of the thread is to improve the logic of the EA. Not ...

ZeF replied Feb 28, 2016The relevant indices - dax and dow/sp are closed at the time of running the ea on EU. Any more questions? I didn't say the inverse correlation is baseless concept, and even a 5'th grade kid can see it looking at EU/DAX chart. Are you saying ...

ZeF replied Feb 27, 2016Stop confusing noobs with your paranoia and baseless concepts. Did you run a double randomized control study where you've seen statistically significant effect of your "equities interpretation" on the performance of the system? In case you haven't, ...

ZeF replied Feb 24, 2016You need to re-evaluate your risk appetite. If you think a 120 pip move is enough to wipe your account, then you need to think twice about lot/account size ratio. EU will move more than that in off-London (China CPI, BOJ comments, etc.), so you need ...

ZeF replied Feb 24, 2016Yoga, On 26'th August right around NYO there was FOMC speech released. You can see form my chart the USD bounced around 80 pips and then resumed bull with occasional retracements. During EA runtime, 17-21 GMT, there was big retracement to middle ...

ZeF replied Feb 18, 2016Jon, My cat can also trade the left side of the chart. And it doesn't need a system for doing that. My suggestion is that you record one of your trading sessions with a desktop recorder and upload it on YouTube or a file sharing site. You don't even ...

ZeF replied Feb 17, 2016Well if language is bad, work your way around it? Get a free desktop recording software -> url , and record one of your session starts - from drawing fibs, to adjusting grid, all you do. We're reasonably intelligent people around here but we have ...

ZeF replied Feb 13, 2016Risk size of 0,01 Lots / 1,000 balance and risk size of 0,1 Lots / 1,000 balance are doing fine with no lasting effects of Yellen's speeches. Account of low risk suffered negligible drawdown, while the high risk "double or bust in 1,000 pips" ...

ZeF replied Feb 12, 2016Accounts with original settings (Lowrisk A and Lowrisk B) should have had no problems in closing cycles after 48 hours. GTL's closed cycles at 38 Fib in late Sydney last night. That is a high probability retracement and price was bound to test it as ...

ZeF replied Feb 1, 2016Getting into trades is arbitrary decision. You cannot ask people if it's ok to risk money and then what? AUD is rallying so why would you short it ? For sure GBP is strong at LO most of the time, but there are collapsing currencies (like oil ones) ...
