Good point. Also I would like to add that even though one may be using less than 10:1 on any one trade, one may have a few positions open based on their system and that would generally exceed 10:1.

Margin calls are present to prevent losing more than what you have in account. In any way, it should be up to the trader. The Gvt should not have a say. BTW most day traders I know use 25:1 OR 30:1 leverage.

Try Dukascopy. Also the above two companies are headquarterd in the US. If you approach a pure European company you shouldn't have a problem.

I would think keeping the destination TZ also at zero will align the pivots properly and is more intuitive. I am not using the EAs at all. Am manually trading so cannot comment on the EAs.

Tom, IBFX daily data follows GMT. So you can leave the server time setting at zero.
