This is an outlier. All other polls show +5-10 point spread in favor of trump. I wouldn't give much weight to a poll that came in that far off from the consensus. It is very easy to manipulate polls; both purposefully and accidentally.

Market seems to disagree... Job numbers are irrelevant with hurricane and strikes factored in. Wages ticking up and core inflation getting sticky. I don't see how they could possibly justify such a rate cut.
