Don't know any of them. Are they a kind of local brokers which offer access to local markets? Then most probably tax evasion will be an issue. I would rather recommend IB, Hotforex or Tickmill as reliable offshore choice.

Even if there is a lag in diffusion of news between these instruments it's highly likely that you won't be able to spot it by eye. Are you using some high-frequency feed to spot differences in how fast they price in important information?

Impossible they have to check your trading history to make sure you don't abuse them. Also KYC won't allow such a short timeframe for processing withdrawals.
