If you open a renko10 chart and take a look at 2703-02 you're going to see the OB forming there. I agree with your theory, although the chances of it dropping sharply through 02 are slim to none in my POV.

If this M15/H1 closes under 2709.5 then its gonna whistle through 06 and take a hurdle at 02. we'll see. If it closes 2711 might signal consolidation. If it touches 13 its either retracement or reversal and continuation.
