Ok, now I see what you mean. I guess you didn't uncheck Fixed minimum and Fixed maximum checkboxes. (There are checked by default) Uncheck them and see whether it helps.

Oops My mistake. Btw, hasn't Nih98 already shared his template which includes a subwindow with RSI setup in post #1? It's just a standard MT4 RSI indicator with two Moving Averages if I'm not mistaken.
